Returns / Refunds:
Returns are only accepted in the event of damaged or incorrectly shipped products. We provide free shipping and cannot incur this cost for products purchased in error. All product issues must be reported to contact@usamailers within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us at contact@usamailers before sending a product back for an RMA# and proper return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. Please contact us at contact@usamailers with a product issue.
